A: Z-CoiL® footwear has been reported to help those suffering from various

Q: Is it necessary to go to a store to be fitted?
A: Yes. Z-CoiL® footwear is a custom fitted product which has many adjustments and settings that have to be made in
order to insure a proper fit. Please plan for about 45 minutes for proper fitting and testing.

Q: Is Z-CoiL® footwear stable?
A: Yes. Z-CoiL® footwear is exceptionally stable and is often more stable on uneven surfaces
than normal shoes. The flexible spring can absorb deviations on uneven surfaces without
forcing the ankle to roll or turn.

Q: Can I run in Z-CoiL® footwear?
A: Yes! Runners love Z-CoiL® footwear because they dramatically reduce the amount of shock
incurred by the body with each stride. Average running impact is usually equal to 3-5
times a persons body weight, but wearing Z-CoiL® footwear while running can actually cut
that amount by half!

Q: Do all Z-CoiL® shoes have big, visible coils attached to them?
A: No. Although all Z-CoiL® shoes do have coils attached at the base of the heel, we offer
an Enclosed Coil System™ which conceals the appearance of the coil altogether. The
Enclosed Coil System™ can be affixed to any style of Z-CoiL® footwear. There is an additional charge should you want
an Enclosed coil rather than an open coil. Please call store for more details.

Q: Do rocks and debris get caught in the open coil?
A: Rocks and debris could occasionally get caught in the coil, yes. But remember,
if something is small enough to get in; it is also small enough to get out.

Q: Does wearing Z-CoiL® footwear require some getting used to?
A: Adjusting to the tremendous cushioning and overall "softness" that Z-CoiL® footwear
provide can take anywhere from five minutes to a few hours for most people. Many
customers complain that after wearing Z-CoiL® footwear their ordinary shoes feel flat
and unsupportive.

Q: Do the coil springs in Z-CoiL® footwear ever wear out?
A: The coils are not likely to wear out or break. Over time, however, the rubber heel pads
underneath the coils may wear, depending on your use. In the event of such happening,
we recommend replacing both heel assemblies and not necessarily purchasing brand new
shoes altogether.

Q: Is Z-CoiL® footwear safe?
A: Yes, Z-CoiL® footwear is safe. However, we suggest you use common sense while wearing
your Z-CoiL® footwear. Wear your Z-CoiL® footwear only in areas, including work areas,
which are free of cables, cords, protruding objects, and objects that could catch in
the spring. In the event you are in an area with such objects, we urge you to take
caution and watch your step.

Q: What kind of guarantee is offered with the purchase of Z-CoiL® footwear?
A: Z-CoiL® footwear comes with a 90-day manufacturer's warranty and a 14-day satisfaction
guarantee. Returned purchases must be accompanied by the original store receipt and
in clean condition with minimal wear. All returns are subject to a standard 20%
restocking fee.
