I have had serious heel pain for 30 years and had surgery on my Achilles tendon 15 years ago. I was a serious runner for 35 years (i.e. 360 days a year, marathons etc.). 15 months ago, I switched to Z-CoiL hiking and walking shoes, I became "pain free" after about 6 months!

For many years I have suffered acute knee pain as a result of a bad fall. Though I continued to walk, the pain was becoming worse and my activity was impacted. I had Z-CoiL shoes for three years because of my Plantar Fasciitis. They helped me almost instantly. I can hardly walk in any other shoe but I can walk in Z-CoiL shoes!! I bought a work pair and dress shoes. When I started feeling better, I thought I could wear normal shoes. I WAS WRONG! Z-CoiL shoes have instantly changed my life! I have suffered terribly for four years. When I put the shoes on I felt a difference right away! Words cannot express what they have done for me. I feel like I have my life back again! I am actually excited about walking again! I have suffered with fibromyalgia for about 15 years. My feet, legs, and back were so bad. I was in so much pain in the morning, that I couldn't walk for 20 minutes. I also work retail and am on concrete floors all day. Z-CoiL shoes have improved my pain between 50 and 75%!! Before Z-CoiL shoes, I could only walk a couple of hours before the pain set in. I bought my Z-CoiL shoes in November 2006 for my joint pain when walking. My friend bought a pair and I decided to give them a try. I did need three weeks to adjust to the shoes. My ankles bothered me at night for those three weeks, but then it went away. I walked all over Rome with considerably less pain. Having fibromyalgia, I know I will always experience some pain, but the shoes have allowed me to pursue activities that I could no longer do. Thank you, Z-CoiL!!!

I was/am suffering from two bulging discs which is pinching my sciatic nerve. I purchased Z-CoiL® shoes in La Mesa from Linda. Hi! My name is Lori! I am 38 years old. On January 3, 2007, I went into Z-CoiL® in La Mesa. Because of severe neuropathy my feet were swollen to twice their normal size and all of the toenails on my feet had popped off. My feet were purple and red. The skin was falling off my heels and the bottom of my feet. Also I could not walk more than half a block without a cane or extreme pain. My feet were sinking in on the sides and I could feel nothing except pain. I would also fall all the time, breaking bones. Now it is March 3rd. My feet are not swollen, my toenails are growing back, and my feet are not different colors. They do not sink in on the sides and the skin is healed on my feet. I am walking 3-5 miles a day with no pain and no cane! I am regaining feeling in my feet. Z-CoiL® has given me my life back! My depression is gone because I am free from the chains of pain. I'm 37 years old. I’ve had back pain and pain all over for six years. I tried pain pills, acupuncture, chiropractic, etc. Nothing helped. In short, I've been told I'm making it up. I got very depressed and was just going to deal with it. I'm sick of doctors!

I bought Z-CoiL shoes on 12/26/2006. I was very skeptical, but I didn't have anything more to lose. I had lost money missing work because I couldn't walk, get out of bed, or move in the shower. I lost money on medical co-payments, chiropractic, and pills that made me sick to my stomach.

Now, even though I stand on cement 10 hours a day, the pain between my shoulders is gone. The hip pain and body aches are all but gone. If you're at your last straw, please, at least try them!
